Excellent guest house and delightful hosts. House set in amazing gardens just under 1km from Honfleur itself (wee bit of a walk uphill from centre - though good exercise!!) Plenty of parking at guest house. Lovely breakfasts. Would stay there again.

Very friendly welcome and pleasant stay. Quiet surrounding on top of a steep hill (it requires a good condition to walk to town). Wonderful garden. French breakfast is okay.
The room is rather small.

We found La Maison de Lavande to be a perfect spot for visiting Honfleur. Set in a delightful garden, it was peaceful and calm after a hot day's travel. Our hosts, Vic and Sue could not have been more accommodating or generous. Vic went searching for my husband when he took a wrong turn returning to the house, and Sue kindly made phone calls in French to help me track down a lost purse. Great breakfast and comfortable bed. Wished we could have stayed longer.
The accommodation is terrific, however one of our party with a back problem found the walk up the hill from Honfleur a little taxing.
