Guests who are not accustomed to this type of neighborhood may perceive the area as “sketchy” or feel that it looks unsafe based on appearance and activity. However, we have not experienced safety-related issues at the property. For additional comfort and security, the property has a *6-foot privacy fence, exterior security cameras, a gated entrance, coded door locks, and private rear parking behind the house that can only be opened from inside the property. We are providing this disclosure before booking so guests know what to expect upon arrival and can decide whether the location and surrounding neighborhood are a good fit for their stay.
