Full Neighborhood Disclosure — Please Read Before Booking It has been brought to our attention that some guests have concerns about the "look" and activity of the surrounding neighborhood, so we want to be fully transparent before you book. Our home has been fully remodeled and stands out among many of the older homes in this established West Side neighborhood. The area has a diverse urban population, and it is common to see people walking, riding bikes, spending time outside, or gathering at the corner store across the street. Guests who are not accustomed to this type of neighborhood may perceive the area as “sketchy” or feel that it looks unsafe based on appearance and activity. However, we have not experienced safety-related issues at the property. For additional comfort and security, the property has a *6-foot privacy fence, exterior security cameras, a gated entrance, coded door locks, and private rear parking behind the house that can only be opened from inside the property. We are providing this disclosure before booking so guests know what to expect upon arrival and can decide whether the location and surrounding neighborhood are a good fit for their stay. Please note that same-day cancellations due to concerns or preferences related to the neighborhood or location described in the disclosure will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to review the disclosure carefully before your stay to make sure you are comfortable with the location.Vous devrez présenter une pièce d'identité avec photo et une carte de crédit lors de l'enregistrement. Veuillez noter que toutes les demandes spéciales seront satisfaites sous réserve de disponibilité et pourront entraîner des frais supplémentaires.
