If you leave the property at a time other than the agreed one, specifically 10:00 AM on the last day, without prior mutual consent, you will be charged a reminder fee of €55. If the above policies are not respected, a penalty rate will be applied to guests for any damages caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property.
