After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours prior to the arrival date are subject to a change in the arrival time, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation. Any additional guest not confirmed in the reservation will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to present an ID once the reservation is created and at the time of check-in. This property does not host bachelorette, bachelor, or similar parties. The property is located in a residential area, and guests are requested to avoid excessive noise. A noise restriction policy is in effect from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived. If you leave the property at a time other than the agreed one, specifically 10:00 AM on the last day, without prior mutual consent, you will be charged a reminder fee of €55. If the above policies are not respected, a penalty rate will be applied to guests for any damages caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property. The accommodation has everything you need for your stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
