Château Saint-Martin is located in Carcassonne, just 5 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi. Come and push open the gates of this pretty château full of history to discover, in the heart of a magnificent park full of flowers and trees, this tower dating from the 16th century, listed as a historic monument, where we will welcome you to share our Passion, Simplicity and Complicity. Nestled in the upper part of the château, our establishment offers four en-suite guest rooms. Each has its own ambiance and includes a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, armchair and desk. Each bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet. A table d'hôte dinner is served in the château's reception room. A different menu is prepared by us each evening, featuring regional products and local specialties, and reinventing medieval cuisine.
