Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Check-in time is 3PM and Check-out time is 11AM. Early check-in or late check-out might be able to be arranged depending on the calendar. Early check-in or late check-out typically can't be arranged until a couple of days before arrival. This rental property is being offered by VacayHome Connect in partnership with the professional property manager. Guests will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail from Booking.com, followed by a payment confirmation e-mail from VacayHome Connect. The payment confirmation e-mail will provide guests with contact information for the professional property manager. Approximately 2 to 3 week prior to arrival guests will receive several emails about arrival and details to know about the property directly from the property manager. At that time, guests will be asked to give details about the guests and about flight or driving schedule. It is very important that guests include all flight number and times so that property management can track flights if necessary. If guests must have this information sooner let property management know. Guest reservation is good for only the number of guests on this confirmation. If guests plan to have other occupants during the stay beyond the number in the confirmation let property management know the details. The property has an occupancy limit. At no time are guests allowed to have any kind of party or celebration in the home for more than 2 guests over the number on the confirmation without prior written permission. The services charge noted on Booking.com includes the mandatory accidental damage insurance. This insurance only covers the property and possession for accidental damage caused by guests. This insurance covers only accidental damage to the furnishings and property up to $1500 USD per stay. This insurance does not cover any intentional damage or damage caused by careless acts by. Guests can responsible for any damage over $1500. This insurance does not cover any of guest possessions that are lost or damaged during the stay. Please note credit cards will be charged for the full amount immediately upon receipt of reservation.
