Plum Guide will require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID and a profile photo within 24 hours of booking. The total number of guests must not exceed that on the booking confirmation. Please note a prepayment will be charged at the time of booking, this will be fully refunded if the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period.
