To ensure the smooth running of your stay and to help preserve the quality of the facilities available to you, a security deposit of €1,000 will be required upon arrival in the form of a cheque. This deposit is requested due to the presence of high-value amenities within the property, including an indoor swimming pool, a spa, and a foosball table, all of which require special care and can incur significant repair or replacement costs in the event of damage. Please note that the security deposit cheque will not be cashed. It will be returned to you upon departure, following the check-out inspection, provided that no damage has been identified and that the house rules have been respected throughout your stay. Only the people listed on the booking will be allowed access to the cottage, up to a maximum of 8 people. No outside visitors are permitted during your stay. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay, without the possibility of a refund. A security surveillance camera is installed in the parking area to monitor the professional storage hangar.
