A cleaning fee will be charged if guests are found smoking in their room. If any damages are found to the room, a fee will be charged to the guest credit card. Please note the maximum occupancy per room. For additional guests, an extra person fee plus tax applies. A surcharge of USD $50 per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Strict cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations of reservations (including no-shows) made after this time will be charged one night of the stay. Non-refundable reservations are charged the full amount. Special note on cancellations due to COVID-19: Our cancellation policies apply to all reservations. As we are a small inn, any reservation prevents another potential guest from booking and rooms do not get re-booked easily at the last minute. If you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19 prior to your arrival, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. In case of cancellation, the amount will not show the 14.3% of taxes, so bear in mind that taxes will be added to the cancellation cost.
