Cancellations of reservations (including no-shows) made after this time will be charged one night of the stay. Non-refundable reservations are charged the full amount. As we are a small inn, any reservation prevents another potential guest from booking and rooms do not get re-booked easily at the last minute. If you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19 prior to your arrival, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. In case of cancellation, the amount will not show the 14.3% of taxes, so bear in mind that taxes will be added to the cancellation cost.
