Guests are required to behave appropriately in common areas (main entrance, stairwells, landings) and to observe the building’s quiet hours (from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), avoiding loud noise, disruptive sounds, or the improper use of common areas. CONSEQUENCES IN THE EVENT OF A VIOLATION (Express Termination Clause) Failure to comply with these rules constitutes a serious violation of Italian law, condominium regulations, and the contractual terms of your stay. In the event of a confirmed violation of any of the clauses listed above, the property reserves the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract.
