NO ENTRY FOR UNREGISTERED PERSONS AND COMPLIANCE WITH CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS In accordance with Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. (Consolidated Law on Public Security) of Italian law, the property is required to identify and report to the State Police the personal details of all individuals entering the building. Therefore, the following mandatory conditions apply: Absolute Prohibition on Access for Unregistered Persons: It is strictly prohibited to allow access to, accommodate, or permit the presence within the apartment and its associated premises of any persons not included in the original reservation and whose identification documents have not been previously verified and registered by the manager.Occasional Visits: Unregistered guests or outside visitors are not permitted, unless expressly authorized in writing in advance by the property manager and upon presentation of the relevant identification document. Compliance with the Condominium Rules: The property is located within a residential building. Guests are required to behave appropriately in common areas (main entrance, stairwells, landings) and to observe the building’s quiet hours (from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), avoiding loud noise, disruptive sounds, or the improper use of common areas. CONSEQUENCES IN THE EVENT OF A VIOLATION (Express Termination Clause) Failure to comply with these rules constitutes a serious violation of Italian law, condominium regulations, and the contractual terms of your stay. In the event of a confirmed violation of any of the clauses listed above, the property reserves the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract. Such termination will result in: The immediate removal of all occupants (including registered guests) from the property. The loss of the right to a refund for unused nights. The charging of any additional costs or penalties resulting from damage caused, the presence of unauthorized additional guests, or reports from the condominium administration.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
