✨ Rental Conditions – The Apartments of the Mas In order to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following rules: • 🧹 Cleaning: cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be left clean (sheets removed, bins emptied, dishes washed and put away, floors cleaned, laundry placed in the bathroom). A cleaning option is available upon request if you prefer to travel light. • 💳 Security deposit: a deposit of €500 is required upon arrival (bank imprint upon arrival or bank link in case of self-check-in). • Platform & Website: as a professional with a Channel Manager, this deposit is managed directly by our establishment and remains due upon arrival, regardless of the guarantee system of the platforms. • 🫧 Reserved for clients, unsupervised, under your responsibility. Jacuzzi shutdown at 11 PM at the latest. • 🌿 Respect for the premises: we value the tranquility of our estate. Thank you for preserving the calm, the environment, and the neighborhood. 🎉 Parties and gatherings: not allowed. Only the persons indicated at the time of booking are allowed on the property. (Check upon arrival + surveillance camera in all common areas) 🐶 Pets: 1 dog accepted free of charge (supplement €15 for a 2nd – max. 2). Cats are not allowed. Animals must not be left alone in the accommodation or the yard. • 🏊 Swimming pools: reserved for guests, unsupervised, under your responsibility. Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (8:30 PM in summer). 🚭 Non-smoking: it is prohibited to smoke inside the accommodations. 🛡️ Insurance: the tenant must have liability insurance for vacation rentals. ⚡ Interruption of public services: the landlord shall not be held responsible for temporary outages of electricity, water, gas, internet, or television, nor for restrictions imposed by the authorities. No compensation will be due in the event of a breakdown beyond their control, provided that they take the necessary steps to restore the service. 🌪️ Force majeure: in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the lessor (natural disaster, fire, administrative decision, pandemic, etc.), the reservation may be canceled without compensation. The amounts paid will be refunded, unless otherwise provided by law. 🚫 Illegal occupation: the tenant agrees to vacate the premises by the date specified at the time of reservation. Any occupation beyond this duration, without written consent from the lessor, will be considered unauthorized and may result in judicial eviction at the tenant's expense.Deze accommodatie accepteert geen vrijgezellenfeesten en soortgelijke evenementen.
