If you are booking for monthly or long stays (28 nights or more), the price of the reservation is for a minimum of 3 guests only; extra guests are charged EUR 375 per guest per month. Monthly or long-stay rates do not include utility bills, monthly WIFI (EUR 25), and the post-check-out cleaning fee (EUR 200).
