Bayside Apartments is a self-catering/self-service apartment and provides a one-time setup of essentials, including bed linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toilet tissues on guest arrival. Between May and August (Summer Period), it is not suitable for families with children or older guests due to the nightlife nearby and the group bookings. If you are booking for monthly or long stays (28 nights or more), the price of the reservation is for a minimum of 3 guests only; extra guests are charged EUR 375 per guest per month. Monthly or long-stay rates do not include utility bills, monthly WIFI (EUR 25), and the post-check-out cleaning fee (EUR 200).
