Access will not be given to the property until the bond is received. The bond will be refunded when an exit inspection has been completed to confirm that there is no excessive cleaning required, excessive rubbish to be removed or any damage to the property. Should the cost for reparations exceed the bond amount, the property reserves the right to charge the card supplied at booking/bond payment. The property manager will reconfirm all aspects of your booking including payment terms, cancellation policy and bond requirements immediately upon receipt of your online booking.
