The bond will be paid direct to the property managers 10 days prior to the guest’s arrival via a payment link sent direct to the guest’s email. Access will not be given to the property until the bond is received. The bond will be refunded when an exit inspection has been completed to confirm that there is no excessive cleaning required, excessive rubbish to be removed or any damage to the property. Should the cost for reparations exceed the bond amount, the property reserves the right to charge the card supplied at booking/bond payment. The property manager will reconfirm all aspects of your booking including payment terms, cancellation policy and bond requirements immediately upon receipt of your online booking. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that the accommodation will not be serviced for the duration of your stay, except if your stay is for 8 nights or more, in this instance a free mini service is included. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Payment before arrival via Payment Express is required.
