This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). Payment: For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).
