If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500, in addition to the police fine. The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
