Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least EUR 400. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and on the balcony. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500, in addition to the police fine. The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
