For bookings exceeding 12 guests, the deposit amount will be adjusted accordingly to account for increased use of the facilities and potential incidentals. The deposit will be collected by credit card and refunded in full to the same card within 2 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. • Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. (A copy of an ID will not be accepted). • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. • Guests are requested to inform the property at least 24h prior to their expected arrival time. • This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups. • WiFi is available for an additional charge of €5.00 per day. For bookings of 14 nights and 28 nights and more (or monthly rates), please note that the booking price will be for 6 persons only. For bookings of 28 nights or more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wi-Fi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons, adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival. To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.
