The deposit will be collected by credit card and refunded in full to the same card within 2 days of check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection. • Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. For bookings of 14 nights and 28 nights and more (or monthly rates), please note that the booking price will be for 6 persons only. For bookings of 28 nights or more (monthly), please note that we charge extra for Wi-Fi/TV Service @ €100 and extra electricity consumption starting from €300 @ 4 persons, adjusted to the final number of persons in the reservation. Payments are cash on arrival. To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.
