Staying at Villa Chiara implies the full acceptance of these regulations. For a pleasant and safe stay, please read the following house rules. This document must be signed by the guest upon arrival as confirmation of acknowledgment and acceptance. 1. Access, visitors and general rules • Villa Chiara is exclusively reserved for registered guests. Access by unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited. Any visits from external guests must be authorized in advance by the host. • Organizing parties and/or events is strictly forbidden. 2. Check-in, check-out and security deposit • Upon arrival, each guest must present a valid ID document and pay the tourist tax in cash (children under 14 are exempt). • A security deposit of €300 in cash is required upon arrival. This amount will be fully refunded at check-out, after a property inspection. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a €30 cash fee is required upon arrival. Check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Any different timings must be arranged beforehand. • On the day of departure, keys must be left on the entrance cabinet or inside the keybox. 3. Damages, losses and liability • Please report any damage and/or malfunction within 12 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, they may be charged to you. In the event of loss or damage to systems, furniture, appliances, or equipment in the villa, the guest must notify the host without delay. If the damage is caused by the guest, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to them. • Loss of keys or the gate remote control will incur a fee of €30, which will be charged to you. • The host is not responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of guests' personal belongings left inside the house or in the common areas. • In the event of technical failures or other damages, the management and specialized technicians are authorized to access the property even in the guest's absence. 4. House rules, parking and waste disposal • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and in all indoor areas of the villa. • We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Please follow the recycling instructions provided in the property, disposing of waste using the designated bags in the outdoor bins. We remain at your disposal for any doubts or questions. • One (1) parking space is available inside the property per apartment. Additional cars can be parked in the public parking lot located approximately 100 meters from the house. 5. Swimming pool regulations • The swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is shared with other guests. Children under 16 may only use the pool if accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult. Diving, allowing pets in, and bringing glass objects or large inflatables into the pool area are strictly forbidden. There are 4 designated sun loungers available for each apartment. 6. Pet policy • Pets are welcome free of charge, but their presence must be mandatory declared at the time of booking. They are not allowed on beds and sofas. They can roam freely inside their private garden, but it is strictly forbidden to leave them unattended or free in the shared common garden and pool area. The management reserves the right to suspend the service and request the departure of any guest who does not comply with the provisions of these regulations.
