Staying at Villa Chiara means accepting these rules. For a pleasant and safe stay, it’s good to be familiar with the house’s internal regulations. 1. Villa Chiara is exclusively reserved for Guests: access is therefore prohibited to unauthorized people. Visits from external guests must be approved by the Property. Organizing parties and/or events is forbidden unless agreed in advance with the Property. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor common areas of the Villa and in the rooms. 3. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Any different times must be arranged. On the day of your departure, please remember to leave the keys inside the keybox. 4. Upon arrival, each guest must provide their ID so that the stay can be reported to the relevant authorities. The Tourist Tax must be paid in cash upon arrival (children under 14 years old do not pay). The loss of keys and/or remote controls costs €30, which will be charged to you in full. 5. Please report any damage and/or malfunctions of any kind within 12 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, they may be charged to you. 6. In case of loss or damage to the systems, furniture, appliances, or equipment of the Villa, the guest is required to notify the Property without delay. If the loss or damage is attributable to the guest’s fault, they will be required to compensate the equivalent value of the lost item or the damage caused. 7. We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 8. Swimming pool is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is shared with other guests. It is strictly forbidden to dive and let animals get wet. It is strictly forbidden to bring glass and inflatable objects into the pool area. In the pool area there are 4 sun loungers for each apartment. Children under 16 years of age can only use the pool in the presence of their parents or an adult. 9. We ask you to respect the instructions for waste disposal that you find in the Villa. However, we remain available for any clarification in this regard. 10. The Property declines any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of guests' belongings left in the house or in common areas. 11. Animals are welcome, but guests must notify their presence at the time of booking. Pets CANNOT be left free in common areas and CANNOT climb into sofas and beds. 12. If damage to the systems or other types of damage occurs, both the Property and any specialized technicians are authorized to access the house even in the absence of the guests. 13. The Property has the right to suspend service and remove any guest who does not comply with these rules.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
