After booking, the property will contact you to provide a copy of your identification for verification purposes. This must be completed within 72 hours of booking. Please note that last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of arrival are subject to a change in arrival time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The property only accepts the number of adults indicated on the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted. If the above policies are not adhered to, a penalty fee will be applied to guests for any damage caused to the property. A penalty fee of €150 will be applied to your deposit if you smoke in the property.
