HOLIDAY RENTAL AGREEMENT In Rincón de la Victoria (Málaga), on ________ of ____________, 2026 BETWEEN THE LANDLORD: Mr./Ms. ________________________________________, holder of ID/Passport __________________, and owner of the Holiday Rental Property (VUT) with Registration Number (NRA): VFT/MA/689751. THE TENANT: Mr./Ms. ________________________________________, holder of Passport/ID ______________________, acting as the booking holder and responsible for the group of ________ persons. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FIRST. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESS (CHECK-IN): In compliance with current Spanish regulations, the delivery of keys is strictly subject to the in-person identification of the booking holder with their original document, and the signing of this agreement and the traveler registration forms by all occupants. We appreciate your cooperation with these mandatory legal procedures. SECOND. CHECK-IN HOURS AND LATE ARRIVAL SURCHARGES: Arrivals until 21:30h (9:30 PM): Standard reception hours at no additional cost. Arrivals from 21:30h to 00:00h: A surcharge of €50.00 will apply for after-hours reception management and the personal displacement of staff to facilitate access and perform the mandatory check-in. This amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. THIRD. DEPARTURE, CLEANING, AND CARE OF THE PROPERTY: The stay ends on //2026 at 11:00 AM. Cooperation with cleaning: To assist our cleaning team and ensure that the next guests find the house in perfect condition, we kindly request that you leave the property as you found it upon arrival. We would appreciate it if all dishes are left clean and furniture is in its original place. Leaving the house in extremely dirty conditions may result in an extra professional cleaning fee. FOURTH. LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: Since our professional cleaning service is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM, any delay that has not been expressly authorized by the owner will incur logistical costs due to staff waiting time. These costs will be billed to the Tenant at a rate of €40.00 per hour of delay. FIFTH. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES: The Tenant is liable for any damage caused to the property or its furniture. The Landlord will process the collection of such amounts or extreme cleaning costs through the protection system of the booking platform used. SIXTH. TRAVELER REGISTRATION: According to Royal Decree 933/2021, it is mandatory to identify all occupants for the Civil Guard (Police). Local noise ordinances of Rincón de la Victoria must be strictly respected. SEVENTH. JURISDICTION: Both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Málaga.
