OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND WELCOME (LEGAL REGULATIONS)  IDENTIFICATION: Per mandatory Spanish Law (Ci"zen Security Act), all tourist accommoda"ons must verify the original Passport, NIE, or ID card of both the reserva#on holder and all accompanying guests in person upon arrival.  ACCESS REQUIREMENT & VALIDITY: To formalize the stay and receive the keys, this agreement must be signed by the reserva"on holder during Check-in. Otherwise, the reserva#on will be void, as per Booking's access condi"ons regarding non-compliance with legal requirements.  GUEST FILING: Per RD 933/2021, all guests over 14 must complete the official registra"on for the Ministry of Interior (SES.HOSPEDAJES), iden"cal to any hotel check-in. 3. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES AND INSURANCE  DAMAGES: The reserva"on holder is liable for any damage to the property or loss of keys.  PROTECTION & INSURANCE: The property is covered by Third-Party Liability Insurance as per law, plus Booking’s liability and damage protec#on coverage. Any damages will be claimed through these channels. 4. CHECK-OUT AND AVAILABILITY (11:00 AM)  Stay Termina#on: The property is subject to a schedule of successive bookings. Service ends strictly at 11:00 AM to allow cleaning for the next confirmed arrival.  Contractual Commitments: Late check-out is not possible due to obliga"ons to upcoming guests. Any unagreed delay interferes with Booking's opera"ons and may result in extra charges for penal#es and rehousing of the next clients, which shall be the sole responsibility of the depar"ng guest. Delays incur a €40.00/hour charge. 5. CHECK-IN If you arrive outside office hours, you must notify the property management; there is an additional charge of €60 for someone to meet you at the property. 6. COEXISTENCE AND JURISDICTION  Please respect quiet hours. Serious non-compliance (par"es/noise) will lead to immediate cancella"on without refund. Disputes are subject to the Courts of Málaga. 7.
