HOUSE RULES 1. Occupancy of the Accommodation The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the persons declared at the time of booking. Any undeclared person is strictly prohibited. Proof of identity may be requested upon arrival. 2. Prohibition of Illegal Activities Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. This includes, but is not limited to: Prostitution or similar activity Unauthorized commercial activity Organizing meetings or repeatedly receiving visitors Trafficking or consumption of illicit substances Any violation will result in: Immediate termination of the stay Eviction without refund Reporting to the platform (Airbnb or Booking.com) Reporting to the appropriate authorities if necessary 3. Visitors External visitors are prohibited without prior written consent. Excessive or suspicious comings and goings will result in immediate cancellation of the stay. 4. Security and Surveillance A security camera is installed outside the property (entrance only), in accordance with platform rules. No surveillance devices are installed inside the property. 5. Respect for Neighbors Strict respect for the neighbors and common areas is required. No behavior that causes a nuisance or disturbance is permitted. 6. Minimum Stay and Monitoring The property is not intended for short-term stays of a festive or commercial nature. The owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not comply with the spirit of these rules.
