Additional Rules: *Security Deposit A security deposit of €600 is required 7 days before arrival by bank transfer. This security deposit is intended to cover, where applicable: °damage caused to the accommodation or its equipment; °missing or damaged items; °replacement costs for missing items (dishes, glasses, cutlery, small equipment, etc.); °exceptional professional cleaning costs when the accommodation is not returned in a normally clean condition. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 15 days after departure, following the inspection of the property, provided that no damage, missing items, or exceptional professional cleaning requirements are identified. *Bed Linen and Bath Towels Guests may bring their own bed linen free of charge or rent linen provided by the establishment. °Rental rates: €12 per person for a complete bed linen set; €5 per person for a bath towel set. All beds in the cottage are single beds measuring 90 × 200 cm. Double beds consist of two single beds placed side by side. They are not double beds with a single mattress. Each guest must therefore provide suitable bed linen including: 1 fitted sheet (90 × 200 cm); 1 duvet cover suitable for a single duvet (140 × 200 cm); 1 pillowcase. Any bed linen brought by guests must fit the bed dimensions and adequately protect all bedding. Sleeping directly on mattress protectors, pillow protectors, duvets, blankets, or bedspreads is strictly prohibited. If this rule is not respected and exceptional professional cleaning or replacement of bedding items becomes necessary, the actual costs incurred may be charged to the guest. *Condition of the Accommodation The accommodation must be returned in a normally clean condition, consistent with reasonable use. If the accommodation requires exceptional professional cleaning (for example, due to unusual dirtiness, persistent odors, or improper use of equipment), the actual costs incurred may be charged to the guest. *Missing or Damaged Items Any breakage, damage, or loss of items (dishes, glasses, cutlery, small equipment, decoration, furniture, appliances, etc.) may be subject to reimbursement corresponding to their replacement value. *Damages Any damage caused to the accommodation, its furniture, or its equipment may result in a claim for compensation. *Acceptance of the House Rules By confirming their reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read these house rules and agree to comply with them throughout the duration of their stay.Deze accommodatie accepteert geen vrijgezellenfeesten en soortgelijke evenementen.
