The apartment is located on the 5th floor with no lift. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A cot can be provided for the apartment upon prior request. Guests must bring the linen for the cot only. The rest of the adult beds linens are provided by property. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 19:45, payable upon arrival. Arrivals after 0:00 are not possible. If exceptions would be made, a surcharge of EUR 50 applies. If security deposit is paid with cash, a surcharge of EUR 30 applies for departures before 08:15, payable upon arrival and check-out would not be possible before 06:00.
