Damage Deposit Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).
