📲 Rental Ready is a trusted third-party platform we use to streamline the pre check-in process. 🚒To comply with local fire safety regulations and insurance requirements, the lead guest must provide the full names and ages of all members of the party prior to check-in. This ensures that in the event of an emergency, we can provide accurate manifest information to emergency services. 🪪Through Rental Ready guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) 🔞Lead Guest Minimum Age is 21 - we reserve the right to cancel any booking if the lead guest is under the minimum age. 🤫Quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am. **Please respect the neighbours**! This includes being mindful on floors, walls and outside the accommodation. A breach of quiet hours will result in a fee. 🙅Strictly no loud music, stag or hen parties. 🙅 No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. 🚭Smoking, vaping, open flames and candles are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs. (We charge a £200 deep cleaning fee if smoking or vaping takes place) 🚮Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee. This includes excessive waste/boxes left behind, inappropriate waste management and we reserve the right to charge additional waste collection fees for special removals needed. 🕔 Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am (Unless pre-arranged). Requests for Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. 🚫Unauthorised late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee. 💢 Damages to the property or its contents will result in additional fees. 🧳 Please be sure to pack all your belongings before departure.
