This ensures that in the event of an emergency, we can provide accurate manifest information to emergency services. 🪪Through Rental Ready guests MUST complete important steps, including uploading a photo ID securely ahead of arrival (required for insurance and fraud prevention) 🔞Lead Guest Minimum Age is 21 - we reserve the right to cancel any booking if the lead guest is under the minimum age. 🤫Quiet hours between 11 pm and 7 am. **Please respect the neighbours**! This includes being mindful on floors, walls and outside the accommodation. A breach of quiet hours will result in a fee. 🙅Strictly no loud music, stag or hen parties. 🙅 No illegal activities or solicitation of any kind are permitted on the premises. 🚭Smoking, vaping, open flames and candles are strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional fee to cover cleaning and repair costs.
