Please note that there is no campervan access at Apartments @ Spinnaker Bay, however parking is available nearby and a reservation is required. All apartments are split-level and feature stairs. Please note that lakefront access is currently closed until November 2026 due to infrastructure works being carried out by Queenstown Lakes District Council. The works involve the installation of a new wastewater pipeline underneath the Frankton Track between Queenstown and Frankton. During this time, walking access to town should be via the main street route instead of the lakefront track. Please note that the exterior of the Spinnaker Bay complex will be repainted starting in March 2026.
