Only registered guests are permitted in apartments after 22:00. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Guests are asked to inform staff in advance if their arrival is later than 19:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that there is no campervan access at Apartments @ Spinnaker Bay, however parking is available nearby and a reservation is required. All apartments are split-level and feature stairs. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to be processed. Please note that lakefront access is currently closed until November 2026 due to infrastructure works being carried out by Queenstown Lakes District Council. The works involve the installation of a new wastewater pipeline underneath the Frankton Track between Queenstown and Frankton. During this time, walking access to town should be via the main street route instead of the lakefront track. Please note that the exterior of the Spinnaker Bay complex will be repainted starting in March 2026. The work will be done in stages, so some units may have visible scaffolding during this period.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
