The works involve the installation of a new wastewater pipeline underneath the Frankton Track between Queenstown and Frankton. During this time, walking access to town should be via the main street route instead of the lakefront track. Please note that the exterior of the Spinnaker Bay complex will be repainted starting in March 2026.
