Please note the following important information: We do not issue invoices (facturas), as this is a privately owned holiday home. The property offers self check-in, and guests are required to provide their ID before arrival to complete the process. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, and the office is closed on weekends and public holidays. If guests require assistance outside office hours, an additional fee of EUR 50 will apply. There is no assistance available after 21:00. The complex’s swimming pool charges from EUR 3.50 per deckchair/parasol, plus an additional EUR 1.50 supplement. Refunds cannot be issued if the guest stays until the end of their reservation. Bed linen and towel changes are included only for stays longer than 7 nights. Groups under 25 years old are not accepted. Families with children under 25 years old are, of course, welcome. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
