Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted. Please note that the pictures are for illustrative purposes only and show examples of room categories. Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay. Smoking is strictly prohibited, as is any use of the apartment for commercial or business-related purposes. In the event of a proven violation of rules, VISIONAPARTMENTS reserves the right to issue a penalty invoice or to cancel the booking with immediate effect and without a refund and to request the immediate departure of the guests. Guests under the age of 18 can check in only with written permission from a parent or legal guardian. The form can be provided by the property upon the guest's request. When traveling with pets, please note that a deposit is required. VISIONAPARTMENTS will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 06:00. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
