Please note that early check-in is subject to availability. All requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to approval by the property and must be requested in advance. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. In case of any additional guests or pets, please notify the property prior to arrival. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of USD 100 for up to 2 pets. Any damage to the pool equipment or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge of USD 1000. Pool toys and floaties shown in the photos are for staging purposes only and are not guaranteed to be available during your stay. However, guests occasionally leave behind floaties they’ve purchased, and when they do, we keep them at the property—so there are often some available for use. The spa can be used free of charge.Deze accommodatie ligt in een woonwijk, daarom wordt gasten gevraagd geen geluidsoverlast te veroorzaken. Beheerd door een particuliere host
