Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacements or changes during your stay are not included. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per booking, subject to availability. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 24-48 hours before your arrival. A surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. The check-in time is from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday Please note that early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00. EUR 50 after 22:00. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in on 25/12, 26/12 and 01/01 as follows: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 22:00. EUR 100 after 22:00. The Tourist Tax of EUR 6.25 per person per night, in force in Barcelona, will apply to those over 16 years old for up to 7 nights, and starting from April 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to EUR 9.50. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least EUR 400. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the safekeeping of their valuables, including the use of safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The safety of personal belongings is the sole responsibility of the guest.
