1. Smoking is strictly prohibited. If the smoking ban is violated, we reserve the right to charge the guest for the costs of additional professional deep cleaning and smoke removal. 2. Please respect our apartment and the neighborhood. Although we have soundproofed the space, please ensure that music is kept at a respectful volume and show consideration for the other residents in the building. 3. The use of the hot tub is at your own risk. We do not recommend using the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please do not add any external products (such as bubble bath, oils, bath bombs, salts, or flower petals) into the hot tub water. These products cause permanent damage to the professional filtration system and the jets. 4. No Candles & Decorative Materials: Open flames and candles are strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations. Furthermore, the use of loose glitter, confetti, or rose petals is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment, as these cause stubborn stains and require extreme cleaning efforts. In case of non-compliance, additional deep-cleaning fees will be charged. 5. Guests under the age of 21, as well as pets and/or animals of any kind, are not permitted on our premises. 6. The consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. 7. Please inform us immediately of any damage to the apartment and/or its furnishings. It is completely normal for things to break accidentally, and we are always happy to work with you to find a fair solution. 8. The apartment may only be used by the specific number of guests registered in the booking. 9. Commercial photo and video shoots, as well as professional photography sessions of any kind, are strictly prohibited without our prior written approval. 10.
