HOUSE RULES – CASA BASILIA ※ Care of furniture and décor The space is carefully decorated with special attention to detail, including handcrafted and delicate items. We kindly ask you to treat all furnishings with care during your stay. In case of damage, misuse, or permanent stains on household linens (bed linen, towels, sofa, etc.), an additional charge may apply corresponding to the cost of professional cleaning or replacement. It is also not permitted to remove or take any items from the accommodation. ※ Keys and locking the property Please ensure that the door is properly locked when leaving the property and keep the keys safe at all times. In case of loss, a replacement fee will apply depending on the locking system affected. ※ Guest registration In accordance with applicable regulations, it is mandatory to provide the details of all guests staying at the property and to complete the check-in process prior to arrival, including minors. ※ Visits and use of common areas For safety reasons and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, access by persons not included in the reservation is not allowed without prior authorization. The terrace is a shared space; we kindly ask all guests to be respectful and considerate of others. We also kindly request that the terrace not be used between 23:00 and 09:00 in order to ensure the rest of guests staying in the penthouse. ※ Coexistence and behavior Parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation, nor the use of confetti or any items that may affect cleanliness or maintenance of the space. We kindly ask guests to behave respectfully at all times, avoid unnecessary noise, and close doors gently. ※ Responsible use of air conditioning Air conditioning is available for your comfort. We kindly ask for responsible use: please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and turn it off when leaving the property or when not needed. This helps us care for the environment and ensure proper functioning of the system. ※ Photography and recordings Photography and videos are allowed during your stay. If you choose to share them, we would greatly appreciate it if you mention or tag Casa Basilia. Failure to comply with any of the above rules may result in additional charges ranging from €20 to €300, depending on the issue caused. Pets are not allowed in the property.
