Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacements or changes during your stay are not included. A surcharge of EUR 10 per night applies to each additional guest you add to your booking. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in as follows: EUR 30 from 19:00 to 22:00. EUR 50 from 22:00 to 00:00. EUR 80 after 00:00. Please note that an additional charge is applicable for late check-in on 25,26 December or 01 January as follows: EUR 50 from 19:00 to 22:00. EUR 100 after 22:00. The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will apply a charge of EUR 6,25 per person per night, for persons over 16 years of age, up to 7 nights. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least EUR 400. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and on the balcony. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including using safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The security of personal property is the sole responsibility of the guest. Cots are available upon request for an additional charge of EUR 30 per cot per reservation. If you require a cot, you must notify the property 24-48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability.
