1. Residential & family oriented Community. Please keep noise low and respect neighbours at all times. 2. Guest Eligibility: All guests must provide valid government ID before check-in. Due to strict building/community norms, we currently do not host any local unmarried couples, if family members are not staying together. (This is a property rule to maintain harmony with residents) 3. Occupancy & Visitors • Match Reservation: Guest count and identities must match the booking exactly. Changes require host approval before arrival. • Max Occupancy: 6 adults, or 4 adults + 3 children (per rate booked). This limit is strict. Crossing this limit will be chargeable @ USD 50/night or Taka 1,000/per person/per night whichever is higher. • Accurate Guest Count: Understating guest numbers to secure a lower rate is not permitted. Discrepancies will result in a rate adjustment to reflect actual occupancy. • Extra Guests: Must be declared and approved in advance; additional-guest rate applies. • Visitors: Short visits only. No luggage, no overnight stay, no use of the apartment as accommodation, without prior host approval. • Quiet Hours (11 PM–8 AM): All visitors must depart by 11 PM unless their overnight stay was pre-approved. • Overnight Presence = Occupancy: Anyone in the apartment after 11 PM, or intending to stay overnight, is treated as an occupant — regardless of how they're described. • Unapproved Occupancy Charge: BDT 1,000 per unauthorised person per night, or the prevailing rate, whichever is higher. • Verification: Occupancy may be verified via building security, caretaker records, or common-area CCTV, in line with applicable rules. • Cleaning: Excess cleaning from unauthorised guests, waste, or misuse will be charged at actual cost. 🚫 No unregistered overnight guests 🚫 No parties or gatherings or get-togethers beyond the registered guests listed in the booking, if not pre-cleared by hosts. 🚫 Personal Maid/Baby Sitter entry/stay not permitted without prior permission. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with community rules and to maintain a peaceful environment and security for all residents. 4. Cleanliness: Please maintain basic cleanliness during your stay. Food waste must be disposed of on daily basis. Free mid-stay cleaning is provided only weekly basis provided guests stay more than a week. Daily cleaning may be arranged on request with a payment of 500/day. 5. Electricity Use and Fees: BDT 500 per day payable on cash for normal use. 🚫 Use Electricity responsibly, other wise extra charge may apply depending on meter reading. Turn off all devices when stepping out or not using. 6. No Smoking / No Drugs / No Vaping 7. House Rule Violation Charges (BDT): •⁠ ⁠Cleaning fee for poor maintenance by guests: ৳1,500 – ৳3,000/stay •⁠ ⁠AC/geyser left running after checkout: ৳500/unit •⁠ ⁠Any Lights/fans left ON: ৳500/stay •⁠ ⁠Smoking inside: ৳5,000/stay •⁠ ⁠Lost keys: ৳5,000 • In-Apartment CCTV Control Box: Provided for apartment security. Do not disable, unplug, or obstruct it; report any malfunction immediately. • Report Issues Promptly: Damage, malfunctions, or missing items must be reported immediately. Claims raised only at checkout may not be accepted. • Damages: Guests bear reasonable repair/replacement cost for damaged, lost, or removed items. • Material Violations: May result in additional charges or termination of stay, subject to platform's policies.
