Please note that an additional charge of 20€ will apply for check-ins between 18:00-21:00, while an additional charge of 40€ will apply for check-ins between 21:00-00:00. All requests for check-ins outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property. Our apartment is designed to offer you comfort and style in a well-maintained environment, so you can feel right at home. Key collection can be done at our Hostmate office located at Via Mauro Macchi 41, just a few steps from Central Station. This service is available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After collecting the keys, you may go to the apartment to drop off your luggage. Please note that check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM, when the apartment will be clean and ready for your stay. We cannot guarantee availability before this time. Upon request, it is possible to book key delivery directly at the apartment from 3:00 PM, if arranged by 6:00 PM the day before. This additional service comes with a fee based on your arrival time: Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: €15 (VAT included) Check-in from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €20 (VAT included) Check-in from 9:00 PM to midnight: €40 (VAT included) Please note that loss or damage of the keys will incur a charge. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay.
