Towels, sheets, and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacements or changes during your stay are not included. A surcharge of EUR 10 per person, per night applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. Receiving a report or evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least EUR 400. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and on the balcony. Parties or meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of EUR 500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats. Guests are strongly advised to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including using safety deposit boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
