The cost of any taken or damaged items will be charged to your account. * Liability: We cannot assume liability for issues managed by third-party entities. * Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for covering damages or necessary extra cleaning charges after their stay. * Departure: Turn off the heating, leave the keys in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and ensure the dishwasher is empty to avoid a 200€ cleaning fee. * ID Requirement: Provide a government ID during the online check-in process. * Compliance: Adherence to all house rules is crucial.
