Guests enjoy full private access to the property and two complimentary pool passes for the residents’ outdoor pool. Additional guests may purchase daily passes directly at the reception for 30EUR per person. Access to the fully equipped gym is available for 25EUR per day or 50EUR per week. Elevator access ensures smooth entry to all levels of the building. Guests will receive 1 (ONE) keycard access. CHECK IN OPTION Meet & Greet Check-In (Weekdays Only) Available Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. One of our team members will personally meet you at the apartment, hand over the keycard , and make sure everything is ready for your stay. 🕓 Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM. If the property has been cleaned and prepared earlier, we’re happy to arrange your meet & greet before 4:00 PM, subject to availability. Self Check-In via Keybox (Free Option) Your keycard will be securely placed in a keybox located just a 2-minute walk from Mercury Tower. You’ll receive detailed step-by-step instructions before arrival for an easy and independent check-in. 🕓 Available on weekdays from 5:00 PM onwards, as well as during weekends and public holidays. Please note that the space between the bedroom and the sofa area is not divided by a door. A 50EUR replacement fee applies for any lost key card or pool pass. Guests are asked to switch off the air conditioning when not in the apartment, avoid hanging clothes outside the balcony, and follow the recycling and waste collection guidelines provided in the unit.
