The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at Ocean Cottage are audible only so the property may not be suited to those hard of hearing if travelling without a hearing buddy. There is a travel cot (bring your own bedding) and a high chair at the property but please note that the maximum occupancy of 6 people at the property does include infants - this is for your comfort and safety as well as our insurance. For safety & security the front driveway area is monitored by RING cameras. A completed booking form detailing the guests on the booking and their nationality must be received no later than 14 days before your arrival date or within 24 hours of booking if booked within 14 days of arrival. Passport details are required for any guests who are not British, Irish or Commonwealth citizens. "Pets may only be included in a booking if detailed on the booking form and if the lead booker agrees to the DOG POLICY - - We accept one medium dog up to 20kg or 2 small dogs up to 10kg.
